Emirates Flight Catering (EKFC) and Cuisine Solutions (CSI) hosted a launch event at the exclusive Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Dubai on the evening of 3rd September, to celebrate the launch of their joint venture to establish a sous vide manufacturing business in Dubai to service the MENA region with halal sous vide products.
The evening was a spectacular success with succulent sous vide dishes on offer from live cooking stations, demonstrations of cooking skills by the talented CSI and EKFC chefs, an appearance by 3-Starred Michelin Chef, Curtis Duffy, and an exhilarating performance from Chef Yann Bernard Lejard.
The event that was attended by chefs and industry leaders, provided an insight into the many great things to come from the partnership between Emirates Flight Catering and Cuisine Solutions.
