Emirates Flight Catering recently signed up two teams to participate in Smartcup 2018 - a cricket tournament organised to raise funds to give an educational or career opportunity to an impoverished child or young adult.

Our teams 'The Warriors' and 'The Sixers' both reached the Semi-finals having won all knockout matches.

Despite a valiant effort, The Sixers campaign ended with the Semi-final, but The Warriors went on to be runners-up of the tournament!

Out of 24 participating teams, our teams placed 2nd and 4th overall. Congratulations to both teams for not only battling it out but for doing so to raise money and awareness for such a worthy cause.
