Linencraft Achieves ISO 9001 Certification, Reinforcing Leadership in Commercial Laundry Excellence

Dubai, UAE – 22 October 2025: Linencraft, a wholly owned subsidiary of Emirates Flight Catering (EKFC), has achieved ISO 9001 certification, awarded by SGS Gulf, the world’s leading inspection, verification, and certification company. This milestone highlights Linencraft’s commitment to quality, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Founded in 2006, Linencraft has become the largest laundry service provider in the Middle East, serving more than 100 clients across aviation, hospitality, healthcare, and institutional sectors. From its state-of-the-art facilities at Dubai Investments Park, the company now processes up to 280 tons of laundry per day, operating 24/7 with a workforce of 1,300 professionals. Linencraft also manages and operates the most diverse and complex laundry business streams in the region, setting a benchmark for industry excellence.

Linencraft’s portfolio includes airline, hospitality, and healthcare laundry solutions, as well as garment services such as uniforms and valet processing – handling more than 620,000 pieces daily. Its dedicated logistics division ensures timely service across the UAE, completing over 250 round trips with a fleet of 70+ vehicles equipped with advanced tracking systems, covering more than 20,000 kilometres each day.

Linencraft’s expansion underway includes the construction of LC5 – an AED 160 million facility at Dubai Investments Park. Scheduled to open in 2026, LC5 will increase processing capacity by 150 tons per day, create 400 new jobs, and introduce next-generation automation and a dedicated garment plant capable of handling 28,000 pieces daily.
